Hello Sir,

I am going to India in 11/1/2010 for few weeks. My concern is about the I-94 that would be issued to me at the POE. Here, is some info:
Passport(PP) expires in 05/2011
Current H1B approved date - 05/2013
Current I-94 valdi date - 05/2013
Travelling using the AP which is valid until 02/2011 as Visa expired in 01/2009.

COuld you please advise -
1. If my new I-94 would be issued based on the PP expiry (or) AP expiry date?
2. Can we extend the I-94(if issued only till 05/2011 based on PP)after entering US till 05/2013 and after i get my new passport and without going out of country and/or not applying again for H1B ext?
3.Would I be able to get new i94 till 5/2013 if i happen to get new PP(skeptical due to less than a week) before travel from US?
