My name is Upyukt Prakash.
I am on HI visa and my 6 yrs will be expiring in December 2011.
I am working in Thales Avionics, a French company from last 5 yrs.
My job has evolved a lot but it is the same position.
I have done Masters in IE from Rutgers, NJ.
The job requirements at the time of joining were very basic and minimal.

My company wants to apply for my GC, but the attorney has said they cannot file it as the job requirement at time of joining are very basic and the skill set that I developed in last 5 yrs cannot be used.
Please recommend me, what should I do.
What are my options.
