I-130 approved,what is the next move.
Hi,My father(US Citizen) received a letter stating that his I-130( Married son) petition for me was approved filed on april-2005/US embassy Philippines and also saying they will send my copy within 3 mos.Presently I am working legally here in the U,S. under an H1B visa since feb-2007.MY Question;
-What,when, where to file the next procedures?
-How many years my category will take to process to become a green card,so that I will have preparation for it?
-is it better to wiat for the letter of instruction from uscis .
