Q.

Urgent H1B Inquiry regarding Skill Level Category

I hold a MS degree from US. Currently working in US on a TN visa, wanting to change it to H1B. The job doesn't require a MS degree and my salary is LCA's skill level One. Should I apply under the category for MS degree or use my foreign Bachelors degree because of the salary level? What are your rates for Green card processing?
