I-90 - USCIS error
Hello,
I got married and my name was legally changed. Hence I filed for the form I-90 for name change on my Green Card.
I received my new Green Card, but USCIS has made an error in my name on the new Green Card.
I am aware of the instructions to re-file the I-90 to correct this USCIS error, but I had a doubt on how to answer Question # 2 and 3 in Part I of the I-90 form.
"Q2: Has your name legally changed since the issuance of your Permanent Resident Card".
What should I answer in this? I guess I am not interpretting the Question correctly. Has my name legally changed since the issuance of my New Green Card(the one with the USCIS error), then the answer is NO. Please advise.
