Q.

Two labors can apply in PERM with different compannies?

Hello,
One labor is approved in Aug2010 with B company in different skill set( before 365 days of my H1 first 6 years applied).
Again I applied labor with my employer (A) in different skill set ( actually I am not aware skill set) at July 2010,we got a query,it is stating like below
starting date of employment of company A?
W2 -2009,July2010 pay stub and anual salary, client location and representative and duties.
1)I am working with Governoment client, they won't provide the representative and duites, how can I support this?
2)Is there any issu with two labors with different skill sets?
3)While transferring my H1 to A compnay in Oct 2009,it was denied Jan 2010 and re applied H1 then approved in Feb2010
4) Please clarify the above questions and suggestion..
Thanks,
Ramesh
