Need to file AC21 though USCIS doesn't ask me one.
AC21 from title "Network and ComputerSystems Administartor" to "Linux Systems Administartor".
My PD: Sep 12th 2006
I-140 is on EB2
Filing first time : AC21
I have changed my employer with the new job title "Linux Systems Administartor".
My Job title with old employer was "Network and ComputerSystems Administartor".
Responsibilities for the both the positions are same but job title is different.
Do I get into any issues or problems if I Apply AC21 now since PD is almost current.
