Q.

L2 Visa

Hi,
I am currently working on L2 Visa and my company has applied for H1b on April 1st 2010. i am still waiting for a decision. My Husband wants to move to his H1 (currently he is on l1) which was approved in 2009 by going out and getting it stamped from home country.
We know that once my H1b is approved my status will be changed on 1st of October. But we have still not received my approval. What if my husband gets his visa stamped after 1st say 2nd october. And i receive my approval on 10th october. Will i bt out of status. In Short can my husband go for stamping after 1st october or he needs to wait for my approval so that i dont go out of status. (he is working with his current employer - l1b and h1b is from a new employer, it was approved without COS)
