Q.

Starting business in US

I lived in US (2003-2009) on F1/H1 & moved to Canada on Aug 2009(Permanent residence).I still have valid H1 till Oct 2011.I have my own IT company in Canada.I want to set up a branch in US.My questions are:

1) Person I will hire in US for day to day opertioans could be on profit basis only?
or he must be salaried?
2) If needed do I have the ability to Change the person?I will be 100% share holder and invester
3) Can I come to US on L1?I have 1 years pay stubs in Canada & 1 have another employee here
4)Currently my Green Card is in process through EB2 Consular Processing.Any impact on that.
