Hi,I came to US in DEC-07 on B-visa,and got married to a GC Spouse;didn't filed any immigration benefits from her side.
I got the admission (MS-Comp.Sc) in Jan 2008, applied for the Change of Status from B to F1-visa from US; to save time but got denied. As per International Student Advisor; i traveled back to Pakistan in Apr-08,and got F1 Visa.
On F1 visa application forms in APR-08;i declared myself as single as we didn't started living together.Entered USA on student visa in Aug-08,Sadly after 6 months we decided for divorce and got it in 2009.
Referring to earlier F1 visa application in APR-08 in which declared self as "single"; Now,i have to File the i-765 to get EAD and worried to pick which status?"SINGLE" or "DIVORCED"?, on my OPT,I-765 Form;?
