Q.

A stamp in passport

My mom is a Green Card holder since 2005.Last year she did not get a stamp in her pessport.She came in august 15 2010 to USA and in the airoport they put stemp "Advised re-antry permit".She has a ticket from last year that can prove that she came to USA.Does she has to go with that tichet to close Immigration Center to get a stamp for last year? Does she need to apply for travel passport or what she need to do to avoid a problem next time to entering to USA?
