Can Wife come to US on H4 while husband is in india?
Husband is on H1 and Wife is on H4. Wifes H4 is valid till 2012
Both husband and wife went to India. Husband has an I797 till 2012 but he doest have stamping in his passport, so he went to the US Consulate in Hyderabad.
The US Consulate has put his case in "Administrative Processing" and he don't know when he will get back his passport.
In the mean time, can his wife come to the US on her H4 even though the husband is in Hyderbad. Will there be any issues at the port of entry.
