my perm case was denied because the name of my employer was not contain in the ad.I was sponsored as a maids and housekeeping cleaners category.Iam the only employee,my job is to take care of my employer house.this is not a professional job/category, do we need to put his full name in the ad? this is not a company that hires number of people that holds company name.this is just for my boss personal,
is my case worth appealing to BALCA. How long does it take for the appeal to approve/deny? How about motion of reconsideration? pls advice ...thanks
