Q.

Rgd Experince Letter

Hello,

Good Afternoon!.

My Background:
1) 10th Year H1B
2) I140 Denied( 3 Year Degree) case with AAO(Dec-2009)
3) As Backup Plan have New Approved PERM(June-2010)
4) Planning to File New I140.
IF I140 Approved......

Planning to "Change Job"
1) New Employer has How much Time to File New (PERM and I140)
2) Will Future H1B Renewal Smooth with New Employer

**3) Current Employer(worked 8 Years), Suspect he May Not give Experince Letter(if i Change Jobs).
Can my Current Employer Lawfully Deny Experince Letter(After Working 8 Years...)
What Options I have....

Thanks
