I was employed with company, A, based in NJ but working at client location (say the company was B). I have completed 6 years on H1B visa in Jul '10 and have returned to India. The company B has recently opened its office in India and would like to explore opportuinities to hire me and get me to US at the earliest (Aug / Sep '10) without having to wait for 1 year - the period reqd to reapply for H1B visa. In this case, please let me know:
1) If I join the company B's office now here in India, can I come to work in the company B's US office on B1 or L1 or any other type of work visa in Aug / Sep '10 without having to wait for 1 year.
2) If the answer to the above question is Yes, if I go to US on B1 / L1 visa now, can I reapply for H1B visa again in July '11
