Applied the GC in EB3 Category But got Approved in EB2 Category
Hi, I applied My GC in 05/2005 in EB3 Category. but I got My GC last week. It saying Category is E26, That means they approved on EB2 Category.My Wife is on H4 Right now. if they thought my category Eb2 then the PD is current, How do i check my Category? When i check my Labor it has the Occupation: Computer Software Engineers-Applications,and in I140 it has the category as Skilled Worker or Professional, Sec.203(b)(3)(A)(i) or (ii). Please advise what to do now? what abut my wife status ?..
