H1 transfer while extension is in pending state
I am working for company A and they applied H1 extension which is in initial review state now. On this H1 I have I-94 valid till Sept 15th 2010.
Now I got an offer from company B now. Can they apply for my H1 transfer even though my H1 extension is pending from company A?
In case if I can apply what will be the suggested way I mean premium or normal processing.
