H1 to F1 , I 140 yet to be filed. After H1 to F1 is H1 possible.
I am on my 6th year of H1B and am about to file
for my I-140 as my labor has been approved.
a) But since I am now thinking of doing full time MBA in US, I am hesitant to file for I-140. Should I not file I-140 , please advise.
b) If I dont file and then decide to get F1 Visa.
After completing US MBA will I be issued fresh H1B as I have nearly completed 6 years.
