Dear Indu,

During July 2007 I had to file twice with same Approved I-140 as I was not able to track the first application with FEDEX,so ended up filing twice.Gor FP done on both.Now only renewing EAD/AP from the later one.Last time I had RFE on later one and saw Last updated date changed on both application simultaneously.Two application have different Alien Registration no.

What should I do Now.
1) If I withdraw the first one will it affect the later one.
2) What is the best way to reconcile the two in one.
3) What impact it will have If I don't withdraw one,I might get current next months so don't want to get any trouble.
4) one thing I noticed is same LUD on both application whenever it happens.Is it already combined at USCIS end??
