1. I have my I-140 approved,H1B (valid till June 2011), EAD, Advance Parole(Valid till Jan 2011) from Company A. I was on H1B status when I was working with Comp A and my wife was on EAD status.

2. Recently I switched to company B for EB2 processing in June 2010. I did received new h1b approval (valid till 2013) with Company B.

3. My question is I'm planning to visit India and while returning can I use the Advance parole? OR should I go for visa stamping in India with the new H1B approval which I received from Comp B(In the passport my visa expired in 2008)?

4. If I was with Company A, I know for sure I can use Advance Parole while returning. I'm not sure if I can use now as I'm with Company B? Please let me know in my case and my wife case using of Advance parole?
