Q.

B2 to H4 COS

Hi,

I live in the USA on an H1B status and recently got married and my wife is here on a B2 status. She entered the USA 3 months ago and still has 3 months left. I want to apply for a COS from B2 to H4 for her.
Is this an easy and straightforward process?
can you tell me the paper I should send to them in details.
