My wife's EAD was not renewed the first time it expired, since she was not working. So it has been expired for two years now. Could be that an issue now that she wants to renew it? If so, what should we do?.
We both are on a pending I485.
Also is it advisable to e-file our I765 forms? or it doesn't make any difference? I was checking the e-file website but in the part that prompts for my current status there is no option for "AOS Pendng", which is the one you said I should put (my previos question on 06/24). Please advise and thanks for your help.
