Q.

Change of Status application after current status expiry

L2 visa and I-94 of my wife will expire by 19th June'2010.

Meanwhile my L1 to H1 visa Change of Status is in progress and I have a receipt number for it.

I would like to know whether My wife can be in America if I apply for her L2 to H4 change of status after 19th June'2010 (or) she must leave America by 19th June'2010.
