Q.

h1b question

I have h1b approval from 2 companies A and B.
I am currently working for Company A if i join Company B and after month or two months try to come back with company A.Is there any problem? let assume company A don't terminate my h1b during this period.
What is best alternative?
Please note: I don't want to tell this change to Company A.
Do i need to leave country and enter on company A h1b? or just join company A after 1-2 months? These days i know new employer has to go through i-9 process where uscis update their system every time we change the employer and also in today's situation i dont want to go for visa stamping.
If i have to leave the country then is re validation of visa can help me. I have a expired h1b visa stamp on my passport but i-94 & h1b are valid till 2013.
