Regarding stay after expiration of I-94
Both my L1 visa and I-94 expire by 19th June'10.
However another employer filed Change of Status from L1 to H1 using previously(last year) approved H1 petition.
I got the receipt number for the application and waiting for the result.
As I'm waiting for the L1 to H1 Change of Status result and having the receipt number, I would like to know whether I can stay in America after 19th June'10 (after L1 I-94 expiration).
If I can stay, till when I can stay?
If I should not stay, within how many days I should leave America?
