Q.

RFE - H1B Exension - I140 Approved - Applying 3 yrs extension

Evidence that a valid employer-employee relationship will exist between you and the beneficiary, and that you have the right to control the beneficiary's work, which may include the ability to hire, fire, and supervise the beneficiary. Also, you should be able to establish that the above elements will continue to exist throughout the duration of the requested H- IB validity period. You have requested a validity period from 08/01/2010 to 08/01/2013.

Provided all the docs including vendor letter -Client gave letter with only start date(since DATE) with no end date.
My project ends 09/01/2010
My attorney is saying End date is compulsory(must) with also full client adress in it.

Should I go back to client with the letter provide and ask to mention end date in the letter ? Pls help me.
