Starting a Internet based Business
We are a group of 5 living in Massachusetts and Connecticut respectively. We all hold an H4 visa (our husbands are on H1 status).I understand, we are not eligible to work in US. But, we can open our own internet based (online) business. I need to know all the details, restrictions and conditions for forming a company. Also, as a founder of the company, what position would we all have? And, if the company starts making money, what are the ways for sharing our profit?
