H1B transfer & approval duration
Background:
-- I am on my 8th year on H1b visa.
-- My curent H1B is valid till September 2010.
-- My labor was applied by employer A which was denied & is currently on a reappeal status.
-- Now I have a job offer from employer B who wants to do a H1B transfer on them.
Question:
Can employer B use the reappeal status on my labor (from employer A) to transfer my H1 & if so
till what period will I get my H1 approved? How risky or advisable is this transfer?
