Greencard holder
Dear Sir,
My wife is a Green Card holder and for the
past 10 months she has been in India due to
health issues.
Now she is coming back to US to avoid
staying out of the country for more than a
year.
She has to go to India again within a month
to handle some personal matters.
What I would like to know is if there would
be any immigration related issues when she
tries to come back to US?
Any advice would be appreciate
