On H4 - Full time Job Offer - How to Work?

Hello Attorney,

I was previously on F-1, later on OPT (expired February 2010), currently on H4
What are my options to start working if a company decides to offer me a position?
Can I change my status to F1 and work on a CPT (fulltime) until I get my H-1B which will be October 2010?
If CPT is an option, what is the timeframe I am looking at for the COS from H4 to F-1?
What is the validity of the CPT period?
How will this COS to F-1 / CPT affect my future application for H-1B, H4, and green card (as a dependent with my spouse’s pending application)?

Being on H4, is there any other option to work…legally?

Thank you
