Working On EAD
I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently in 2007, my I-140 got approved in 2009 in EB2 category, I am completing my 6th year on H1B visa in September 2011. I also have valid EAD card and advance parole, currently I am working on H1B visa.
Can I start working on my EAD card with some other firm and continue my greencard processing with the current company ? or do I need to do an I-140 transfer??
Any Guidance is appreciated
