i got my h1-b extension approval on 8/2009 & USCIS officer went to our company to ask my boss what i am doing, my bos just said: bookkeeeper but my positon is cost accountant & base on that i got i-140 approval & i-485 pending since 7/2007, last month, USCIS sent " intend to revoke' letter to my lawyer & my lawyer is working on it to reply. my question is if they revoke my h1-b, will they revoke my approved i-140 & pending i-485 later, can i use my EAD for working if they send me a final dicision to revoke my h1-b in the future. thanks! i am chinese, eb3, PD6/2003
