I 129 f and I 485 pending
My fiance' will enter the US under I 129 F. We will marry quickly and go on a honeymoon on a cruise. What are the travel regulations while the I-129-F petition and the I-485 change of status petition are pending. In addition, she may have to go back to Mexico once a month with kids to settle property issues and for the kids to visit their father. The total duration of travel should never be more than 2 to 5 days. What are the constraints and does she and the kids need to file an Advance Parole. please help! thanks!
