A friend was rejected at Juarez 2/08 I am helping do a 601 which is not a problem..lots of evidence. Where do I file the 601..here in the us or back to Juarez If US where,, his family is in PA- he is married to a citizen.

Do i need to file a new I-130 or anything else.
or will this re activate his VISA request once the 601 flys

This guy had been in the US since 14...prior lawyer decided he should admit to 3 short trips to mexico which they had no record of
and created all the problems of him in the first place since they deemed him an illegal entrant.
