file for extension
Hello,
when i recently entered the country last year my passport was expiring on dec 29 2009. so the immigration officer gave me I94 till that date. but i have the I94 which we get with I797 which is till sep 2011. so do i have to file for extension now or am i good with the I94 which we get with I797. please suggest!!!
