Change of petitioner
I am single over 21 from Pakistan and my sister apply i130 for me on april 30 2001. Now my mother becomes Citizen last year and would like to apply for me. My Petition approved last year july 2009. Can I get my GC faster through my Mother!should I wait for my sister. My Priority date is 04/30/01
