F1 Student Visa to G4
I'm an F-1 student with a valid I-20 till 2012. My girlfriend is a G-4 holder who works for an international organization.
We are planning to get married but one of our main concerns is my current status.
After the marriage, can we both have the same visa status (G-4)
What will be the consequences for me switching from F-1 to G-4? Is it even feasible?
How long can a G-4 holder be illegible to apply for Green Card?
