Travel outside the US while daugter's petition is pending
If you are a US citizen and has dual citizenship (US and Philippines), and is currently petitioning your daughter to become a US immigrant, can you live outside the US for extended periods of time? Or must you stay within the US until the visa is granted to the daughter?
If you can go outside the US, what is the time limit as to how long you can be away?
