ICE is deporting my wife that I have been married to for 3 years
Wife arrested by ICE 3/18/09. ICE lied to gain entry to our home then had her sign a form saying everything was expl.in Span when nothing was. Then ICE had me a US Born Citizen report to be fingerprinted and they issued me an A# (error?)My wife enterd the US undoc.93 then appl for political asyl they gave her a SS# and permis to wk. Later they denied ayl. She has been here 16 yr & paid tax/whole time and had 3 US Citizen kids here. 11,14 and 16 yr old. My wife ignored a voluntary departure order in 96.So far we filed I-601c, I-212, I-918, I-130 (Had marriage interview approved Oct 26) Not heard from NVC yet. We plan on filing the DS230 with a I-864W, I-485 and I-485a and I765 empl forms.Has all her shots does she have to go back to Guatemala? Are these the right forms? 1st appeal denied
