Q.

CSPA law

My sister petion for me and my priority date is 04/30/01. My son was 12 yrs on that time. His DOB is 06/30/88. Now my petion is been approved and reciept date is 09/30/09. Can my son is eligible for GC when my PD becomes current under CSPA law.Right now visa bulliten current is 11/15/99. I am from Pakistan.
