I married my wife that has been here illegally since 2002. We married in 2003 in Phoenix, Az and have 2 children, ages 6 and 2. She has not been petition for in the past. Been at same address since 1989, i'm a U.S citizen no record and my wife has never been detained by INS or local law enforcement agencies. --- She is a volunteer at our children schools and does community service. She has documents to prove it.

My question is, what chance do we have on her obtaining a visa. I understand she would need to leave the country and go through Ciudad Juarez, but what are the chances being approved and time frame can a waiver be approved?

What are the average cost on obtaining an attorney?
