OPT Stem extension was applied on 30th NOV 09. Also received Receipt notice.Current OPT expires on 14th Jan 2010.Not received the extension approval.

Since official transcript was not received at the time of Stem extension application , Letter from Registrar stating the anticipated date of graduation is 12/15/09. Letter from degree college stating completed course requirements.

Now that the college has processed official transcript should we submit the official transcript to USCIS now, (as supporting document for this application) without USCIS requesting for this
Is there any possibility of denial without an RFE in this case
Can he get his payroll processed with the receipt notice itself in case the extension approval is not received within 14th of Jan 2010?
