US Work options for Australian Citizen
My girlfriend would like to work in the United States. She is a Australian citizen who is also a permanent resident of Canada. What options would be the quickest, and ideal for her to come work in the United States ? Would she qualify for an E3 visa ? If so, what is the cost and process for this ? She is a hospitality professional, currently working at a five star hotel in Toronto as an assistant front office manager. As for myself, I am an Indonesian citizen currently in the US working under a L1 visa.
