H3 visa re-entry problem
Hi, I am currently working as an intern in Microsoft on H-3 Visa. The visa expire on 11th Dec and my internship in Microsoft end on 27th Nov. I am planning for a trip to Toronto to visit my friends after my internship end. And come back to take the flight back to Hong Kong on 11th Dec.
Although my visa expire on 11th Dec, I am worrying about I cannot re-enter US because my internship is officially ended.
So is it going to be a potential problem?
