Working w H1b Visa from 01 & got laid off in Jan09. Applied for EDD & got rejected b/c I can't continue working here legally (didn't appeal) Married w my Citizen GF in Mar09 & got Work Permit in June, got GreenCard in Aug; which allow me to work legally. I re-applied for EDD in July & was rejected again.

Issues I've to clarify w/ Judge.

1253(c) Has claimant been able to work & available for work

1264 Was claimant lawfully admitted for permanent residence or lawfully present to perform work in the US at the time the wage credits were earned. If not, was claimant residing under color of law.

LATE1 Was appeal filed within 20 days of notice. If not, is there good cause for any delay UI sec 1030(c), 1328, 1377, 2707.2, 2737, 2707.4
