Came to the United States at 10 years old without an I-94
I came to the United States from Jamaica at an early age of 10. I never recieved an I94 because i came under another persons identity. I was accompanyed with someone that came to get me in jamaica. I am now 21 years old and dont have a status in the united states. I recently got married to an american citizen and filled to USCIS. I filled many documents like the I 130, I485, etc and even got my finger prints taken. Because i dont have a status they denied me because i dont have an I 94. They transfered my case to somewhere else because they cannot process my case. I dont know what to do. What are my chances of getting a green card? Will I have to go back to Jamaica? Whats the next thing thats going to happen to me? Will i get the 10 year bar from entering the states?
