I am on F1 visa and visa stamping is valid till oct 2015. I came to usa in 2010 sep and i am a continuing student. I am in usa right now and i want to transfer univ but dont know which one to transfer. but i have to go to india next week. Here are my questions.
1. if my current school terminates my sevis while iam in india, Can i get i20 from a different university while i am in india and pay sevis fee and reenter usa as initial student as i have a valid visa.
2. If they dont terminate my sevis, Can i get i20 from a different university and reenter usa as the initial student. do i need to pay the sevis even if my sevis is not terminated
3. Can i transfer my sevis to a new school by staying in india?
4.if i want to transfer sevis.wt is max time for transfer-in school to start
