Q.

Eb3 to Eb2 Porting + Concurrent filing

My EB3 PD is Jan 09 and I have new EB2 Labor approved EB2 140 is not yet applied, with the dates nearing for EB2 09
Will i be able to file 140/485 together i.e concurrent filing?
Or shall i wait and have an Eb2 140 approved before filing 485?
