Q.

Entrepreneur / start-up immigrant visa/green card rules

I'm on H1B vista in IT field since Oct 2009, before that i did MS in IT. Now i'm planning for an IT start-up company in US.
According to recent changes (http://www.dhs.gov/ynews/releases/20110802-napo...) foreign national can work as employer & employee in start-up and can apply for green card in EB2 category.

Can you please explain me requirements and rules like people in company, starting investment, infrastructure of company etc. for start-up to process my H1 and green-card under this program?
