I am an Indian citizen with a H1B Visa. My wife is a Singapore citizen with a H4 looking out for Job opportunities. My questions are
1. I read about a special category of H1B1 Visa for Singapore and Chile. Can my wife apply for that Visa, if she has a Job offer or does the employer needs to sponsor ? meaning, can she pay for the Visa herself or does the employer needs to pay by law?
2. If she herself can apply for H1B1 how long would be the processing time?
3. I read H1B1 is not a dual-intent Work Visa like H1B. Even if H1B1 is applied for her, what are the chances of it getting approved, since I am (her partner) on a H1B which is dual intent ?
4. Does my wife qualify for a H1B Visa?
5. When to apply for SSN? Who applies for it?
6. How many H1Bs left?
